Access Between Levels
A lift and two sets of escalators facilitate access between the Main Arena and the Mezzanine Level. An additional set of escalators located at Entrance 4 allows for access between the Banqueting Lobby, Entrance 4 on the Main Arena Level and Entrance 7 on the Mezzanine.

The hospitality suites are located between the Coca-Cola dome Management Offices and Entrance 7, overlooking the Main Arena. Each suite is fitted with a kitchen, down lighting, separate entrance, separate air-conditioning, electrical points and are carpeted.
These suites are ideal for corporate hospitality, media offices, cocktail functions, exhibitor lounges, breakaway rooms, boardroom meetings and presentations.
The Augusta Suite is located close to Entrance 5. This lavish suite is exquisitely decorated in cherry wood paneling, includes a full bar, cocktail tables, couches and lounge chairs. The suite is ideal for boardroom meetings, presentations, cocktail functions and as a VIP lounge.

Telephone And Data Lines
No telephones or lines are available in the Mezzanine level. Telephones and data lines that are required are sourced through Telkom. Booking of these lines is required fourteen (14) days prior to the event so as to ensure timely installation by Telkom.
Loading Areas
One loading bay ramp services the Mezzanine level at Entrance 2 with a maximum height of 2 metres, width of 3 metres and a vehicle restriction of one ton.
Multi Purpose Surface
The exhibition and hospitality floor space on the Mezzanine level, is coated with the same hi-build epoxy as the Main Arena floor. A 5 meter tiled walkway, which runs the circumference of the Mezzanine, separates the event space and the balustrade.
Toilet Facilities
The venue has ablution facilities, which caters for the requirements of disabled persons. The toilet facilities are located at the following areas:
